👋

Welcome to Ginto,

We take your privacy seriously — even if we don't take ourselves too seriously.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

🦄

Who we are

Ginto is created by Supermax, in France.

That means we follow the GDPR (European data protection rules).

If you ever have questions, complaints, or just wanna say hi, slide in there:

[email protected]

🔞

Size might not matter but age does

Ginto is meant for adults only.

The game might include mature jokes, bold challenges, or humor that's… well, not grandma-approved.

If you're not old enough to play adult-style games in your country, please don't use the app.

We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal age — if we find out we did, we'll delete it ASAP.

🧐

What we collect (and why)

We don't want your life story — we just need enough info to keep Ginto running smoothly.

You'll see by using the app that there's no account creation or things like that.

Here's what we might collect:

Stuff your phone shares automatically

When you use Ginto, we get some basic, anonymous data like:

  • Your device model and OS version
  • App version, language, and country
  • Gameplay stats (like sessions, time played, progress)
  • Crash logs or error reports (so we can fix bugs faster)

Purchases and subscriptions

If you go Premium (and it's worth it! Also thanks, by the way ❤️), your payment is processed by Apple or Google — we never see your credit card info.

We only get limited confirmation data like what item was bought and when.

Analytics and ads

We may use trusted third-party tools (like analytics) to detect bugs and crashes and to keep it 💯.

That might include anonymous info about how often you play or interact with certain screens — never personal stuff.

You can manage ad tracking in your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking
  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID
🔍

What we use it for

We use the little bit of info we collect to:

  • Keep the app running
  • Improve gameplay and performance
  • Fix crashes and bugs
  • Process purchases
  • Understand what features players like (and which ones flop)
  • Follow the law (we're fun, but not lawless)

We don't sell your data, ever. Period.

💼

Legal basis (EU talk but simple)

Because we're in France, we follow GDPR rules. That means we need a legal reason ("basis") for collecting your data.

Ours are:

  • Legitimate interest – to make the app work and improve it.
  • Performance of a contract – to give you the game and handle purchases.
  • Legal obligation – if we're required to keep certain records.
🔐

How we store & protect your data

We store data on secure servers in the European Union (or other regions that meet EU privacy standards).

We use encryption and security tools to protect it from unauthorized access.

We only keep data as long as needed for the purposes listed above — then we delete or anonymize it.

👮

Sharing

We might share limited info with:

  • Service providers (like crash reporting, analytics, or cloud hosting)
  • App stores (for subscriptions and billing)
  • Legal authorities, but only if required by law

We don't sell or trade info. Ever.

✈️

International data transfers

Some of our partners might be outside the EU (like in the U.S.).

If they handle data, they must use EU-approved safeguards, like Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your info safe.

👉

Your rights

If you live in the EU or EEA, you've got rights over your data:

  • See what we have about you
  • Ask us to fix or delete it
  • Say "no thanks" to certain uses
  • Take your data elsewhere
  • Withdraw consent (turn off analytics or ads)

You can contact us anytime at [email protected] to use these rights.

We might need to verify your identity before making changes.

💩

Crude humor & sensitive content

Let's be real — Ginto's sense of humor can be crude, cheeky, or bold.

Some dares or jokes might make players uncomfortable, embarrassed, or mildly offended.

We don't target anyone personally or collect sensitive information about your reactions.

By playing, you understand that this kind of humor is part of the experience. If something makes you uncomfortable — skip it, laugh it off, or maybe roast the app back 🔥.

📅

Changes to this policy

We might update this Privacy Policy occasionally — like when we add new features or tools. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date and notify you.
