You choose your own penalties — with juice, soda, water, or something stronger. Whatever you choose, that's your decision and your responsibility.

• Injuries
• Embarrassment
• Spilled drinks
• Texting your ex at 2 a.m.
• Or any other chaos caused by your choices while playing

Subscription Options

We may offer:

• 1-month plan
• 1-year plan for the real ones

Prices are shown before you buy and may vary by location, currency, or taxes.

Billing & Renewal

Payments are handled by your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Your plan will auto-renew unless you turn that off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period.

Your account gets charged again within 24 hours of renewal at the same rate (unless we tell you otherwise).

Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Free trials & Promos

Sometimes we run free trials or promo deals.

They're temporary, and we can't offer refunds or price protection if you miss one.

If you start a trial and upgrade early, any leftover trial time disappears (that's how the stores handle it).

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on your platform.

We don't process refunds ourselves.

All the code, design, graphics, and content inside Ginto belong to Supermax.

You get the right to play and enjoy it — but you can't copy, resell, or pretend it's yours or we'll sue your ass!

We collect minimal info — like crash data and purchase confirmations — to keep things running smoothly.

We don't sell your data.

If something goes wrong, we're not responsible for:

If you live somewhere else, your local consumer protection rights still apply.

Any serious legal drama (we hope never) will be handled in the courts of France, unless your country requires local courts.
